Immediately after sending the submission form to the mail of the (first) author an automatic notification of receipt of the form should arrive. During the next 2-6 working hours, the Publication Approval Form or other feedback should arrive at the same mail.
Please note that mail(s) may end up in the «SPAM» folder, as well as in other sections of your mail, for example: «Advertising», «Promotions», «Social networks», etc. If you did not find the mail(s) yourself, please do not duplicate the submission form, but use the search fileld in the mailbox at the request of «scientia». In the absence of the mail(s), please contact us immediately via review@mcnd.org.ua.
The organizer of the conference is the NGO «International Center of Scientific Research» (Ukraine).
The publisher of books with conference proceedings and the legal entity responsible for organizing this cooperation, accepting payments, paying for publishing services is «UKRLOGOS Group» LLC. All books have an ISBN provided by the Book Chamber of Ukraine.
Each conference presented on this website is registered at the State Scientific Institution in the sphere of management of the Ministry of Education and Science «Ukrainian Institute of Scientific and Technical Expertise and Information» and included in the bulletin of scientific events for the current year. A certificate of registration for each conference is provided in the «Details» on the upcoming conferences page.
Proceedings of all conferences receive their ISBN, which is provided by the Book Chamber of Ukraine to the official publisher (Certificate of the subject of the publishing business ДК № 7860 dated 22.06.2023). You can check the publisher in the State Register of Publishers, Manufacturers and Distributors of Publishing Products via the link: https://data.gov.ua/dataset/7e6c5602-e05b-4504-b3ac-186203e1f119.
If the paper is designed in accordance with the requirements, specified on this site, the paper will be accepted. If there are comments on the design that contradicts the current requirements, such paper can be sent for revision with clear and understandable recommendations for correction.
There is no charge for re-checking and submitting paper.
The author can agree to revision or refuse it and cancel the publication. Upon cancellation of the publication, the paid organizational fee is fully returned to the author.
The paper may be designed according to the requirements, but rejected by the editors if its text contains profanity, pseudoscientific information or is aimed at spreading destructive ideas, harmful unconfirmed data, anti-scientific populist ideas, etc. If the paper is rejected, the paid organizational fee is fully returned to the author.
All papers are checked for plagiarism using the Unicheck service. However, the International Center of Scientific Researches has not established a threshold level of originality for scientific papers. This means that not only original articles is accepted for publication, but also review scientific papers/articles, which are completely formed on the basis of a review and analysis of other scientific materials on the topic. However, all borrowings from other scientific papers must be displayed in the references.
If you are publishing your scientific paper with us for the first time and you have doubts about the correctness of the design or the publication procedure in general - of course, you can send your paper to review@mcnd.org.ua, indicating in the subject of the mail «Pre-approval». The paper will be reviewed within 1-2 working days. 
Please, note that filling out the submission form through the site is a mandatory condition for registering your paper for publication, so if you need pre-approval, you should take into account the time required for the approval itself, payment and further filling out of the submission form. Thus, if there are less than 24 hours left before the end of the deadline - unfortunately, the papers will not be considered according to the principle of pre-approval due to lack of time. In such a case, it is advisable to postpone the paper until the next scheduled conference.
The Publication Approval Form is received, as a rule, within 2-6 hours of working hours (Mon-Fri: 09:00-20:00; Sat-Sun: 10:00-18:00). Please note that the working hours may differ on pre-holiday and holiday days - this information will be displayed on the website.
The Publication Approval Form contains the title of the scientific paper, the name of the conference, its date and place, as well as the full name of the author(s). The Form is signed with an electronic digital signature and contains a seal, so it can be compared to physical documents.
Please do not duplicate the submission form if you have not received a response within the specified 2-6 working hours - this may delay the process even more. If you do not receive a response within the specified time, please use the search bar in the mailbox at the request of «mcnd», and in the absence of any search results, contact us atinfo@mcnd.org.ua.
The certificate of participation in the conference will be available from the date of the conference. Certificates will be uploaded to Google Drive with open access. A link to Google Drive will be sent to participants in the announcement of the publication, and is also available in the archive on the page of the issue of the conference.
Until then, the official confirmation of participation is the Publication Approval Form.
Certificates will be stored on Google Drive for 6 months from the date of the conference.
Yes, of course, you can withdraw the paper and cancel its publication with a full refund of the amount of the paid fee, if your paper has not yet been published and there are at least 3 days left before publication. To do this, send us an email to info@mcnd.org.ua with the subject «Cancel my publication» or fill out the cancellation form: https://www.mcnd.org.ua/cancel.php.
If you made a mistake in the submission form - just fill out the form again, and the previous one will be deleted automatically.
If you made a mistake in the file of the paper that you sent for publication, you must send an updated file to review@mcnd.org.ua with the subject «Corrected paper» so that we can replace the files. Please note that re-filling the submission form in this case is not recommended. Correction of paper sent for publication is allowed no later than 3 days before publication.
If you notice an error made by the our typewriter in the published paper (for example, shifted tables or figures, incorrectly displayed formulas, missing part of the text, etc.) or another error that was not in the file you sent for publication - contact us at errors@mcnd.org.ua and describe the problem or fill out the error report form: https://www.mcnd.org.ua/errors.php. All such errors will be corrected.
If you notice your own author's error (that is, the one that was in the file that was sent for publication) – report it by filling out the error report form as soon as possible: https://www.mcnd.org.ua/errors.php. Author errors that may affect the publication's inclusion (for example, an error in the title of the paper, an incorrectly indicated scientific degree of the supervisor or post-graduate degree in the name of the higher education institution or full name), the notification of which was received within 36 hours from the moment of publication, can be corrected. However, please note that other author corrections, such as changing data in formulas / calculations, rewriting paragraphs, adding or deleting sentences, reworking tables, correcting grammatical and/or punctuation errors in the text, correcting the list of sources, etc., after the actual publication are not allowed, since it is considered that the author sends for publication a ready, and not a draft, version of his scientific paper.

If you notice an editorial error in the certificate, contact us at errors@mcnd.org.ua or by filling out the error report form: https://www.mcnd.org.ua/errors.php. The certificate will be replaced free of charge.
If you noticed an error that occurred due to incorrect and/or incomplete filling of the submission form (for example, a typo in the name that was allowed in the form or the absence of a certificate due to the absence of the name of the participant in the form), then an additional certificate can be produced after its additional order and payment. The cost will be 20 UAH for 1 additional certificate. To order, fill out the form: https://www.mcnd.org.ua/errors.php.
The distribution of printed products takes place according to the dates indicated in the information about the conference. After sending, an SMS and/or email with the tracking number of the shipment will be sent to the recipient's phone number.
If for some reason you could not receive your parcel and did not inform us about it in advance, then such a parcel can be either automatically sent to the return address or disposed of. In case of disposal, it will unfortunately be impossible to get such a parcel again. In the event that the parcel was returned to the return address, it can be requested again by paying the cost of delivery according to the rates of the postal service. To do this, write to us at info@mcnd.org.ua.
Within the framework of one conference, up to 5 papers of one author can be submitted for publication, but no more than 3 papers for one section.
Indexing in Google Scholar takes place within 1 month from the date of publication, unless another term is specified in advance. You can check the indexing on the website https://scholar.google.com/, by entering the title of your published paper in the search bar. If the paper has not been indexed within the specified period, please write to us at info@mcnd.org.ua.
All conferences presented on the website have a absentee form of participation, so participation takes place only in the format of the publication of a scientific paper, so the speech will not be required.
